Run "Disk Cleanup"

•    Click "Start" and then click "My Computer." Right-click your "C" Drive beneath the "Hard Disk Drives" section and click "Properties."

•    Select the "General" tab and click "Disk Cleanup." Check all of the boxes beneath the "Files to delete" section.

•    Click "OK" to begin the disk-cleanup process. The program will close when it is complete.

•    Exit the "Properties" menu for your computer's "C" drive.
